Abstract
An apparatus is described for beating cigarettes under controlled conditions with the purpose of investigating the effect of manufacturing conditions (moistening, drying temperature, duration of storage, moisture content of tobacco in the cigarette making machine, etc.) on the filling capacity of tobacco
