Abstract

Two species, Orthotrichia angustella (McLachlan, 1865) and Oxyethira tristella Klapálek, 1895, previously considered to be regionally extinct in the Czech Republic, are reported from the Dyje River (South Moravia) as new records for Moravia. Hydroptila martini Marshall, 1977 and Oxyethira falcata Morton, 1893 endangered species are for the first time recorded from Moravia (incl. Silesia). New faunistic data on rare species Hydroptila occulta (Eaton, 1873) and Hydroptila tineoides Dalman, 1819 are also provided.
