Geospatial Modeling of Directions for the Development and Implementation of the Land Administration System at the Regional Level

Abstract

The article is devoted to researching the topical issue of the development and implementation of a modern land administration system as a direction of land relations, considering the development of geo-information systems, mathematical modeling tools and international experience. For the implementation of the land administration system, it is proposed to ensure the comprehensive application of the distribution or determination of the right to land; intensification of the processes of determining boundaries between areas; increase in the level of informatization of land relations; ensuring transparency of procedures regulating land transactions, including sale, lease; resolution of uncertainty or dispute resolution regarding land rights and boundaries; use of modern tools and implementation of land planning, control and monitoring processes; ensuring land assessment and taxation procedures; active public involvement and bureaucratic transparency; increasing level of visualization of land management elements; increasing the effectiveness of land restriction management, etc.
