Abstract
For small-sized specimens and materials with lower mechanical properties, it may be necessary to use mini-machines for tensile testing of such materials. This situation may occur, for example, with specimens manufactured by 3D printing from polymeric materials. To solve this problem, a manually-operated mini-equipment was designed and built for tensile testing of small-sized specimens. Preliminary tests performed on this mini-equipment have proven its usability.
