Quality Assessment Methods Regarding the Processing of the Patient Feedback Questionnaire Form an Emergency County Hospital - Case Study

Abstract

The patient feedback mechanism is the set of measures and procedures aimed at assessing patients satisfaction with medical services received in public hospitals, by analyzing the responses provided by patients on the quality of services, respect for patients’ rights and moral conduct of medical staff.

Following the interpretation of the result of the data obtained from the verification of the patient feedback questionnaire, when asked how satisfied you are with the medical services offered by the hospital, there is an increase of 8% in 2021 compared to 2020.

At the same time, there is an increase of 6%, of patients very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hospital and the appearance of the underwear and the effects in the hospital, in 2021 compared to 2020.

Regarding the clear explanations regarding the diagnosis and treatment, we have a percentage decrease of 1%, compared to 2020.
