Abstract
Dr David Sarver graduated from the University of Alabama in 1977 and completed his graduate training in Orthodontics in 1979 at the University of North Carolina.
He is in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama and is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina.
Dr Frank Pate graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1967, completed his certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 197O and his certificate in Orthodontics at the University of Alabama in 1983. Since leaving private practice in 1990 Dr Pate has been a consultant for video imaging software companies and has provided training for oral surgeons and orthodontists in the use of video imaging software.
