Abstract
This case report was awarded the Begg Medallion in 1986. A lengthy period of pretreatment investigation and serial extraction culminated in the need to extract eight permanent teeth. Post-treatment retention and subsequent observation is recorded with photographic results seven years after the completion of active treatment with the Begg Appliance.
