Abstract
The purpose of this study is to establish a communication model between the parties to the conflict in mediation based on the research of communication, information, mediation and conflict approaches and definitions. The main methods of communication for finding a solution to a conflict are dialogue between the parties to the conflict and non-violent communication. The model has been designed and practically used to achieve the results of mediation –resolution of a conflict, as well as education of the parties about conflict-free communication for their future relationships. The study/article offers a method for measuring the effectiveness of mediation using the proposed communication model.
