Abstract
In the “Internet plus” era, information technology will be applied to the community home-based care services is a new initiative to create wisdom of the pension industry. With the full use of the Internet and large data, the new model of home care for the elderly needs the active participation of the social organizations (enterprises), and the correct guidance of the government. Strengthening the top-level design of government, establishing the information standard and enhancing the applicability of platform will undoubtedly speed up the informatization construction of home care platform and promote the development of our pension system.
