Best Practices in Conveyor Risk Assessment: A Qualitative Study of Certified Safety Professionals in Industrial Settings (Ridpath and Freeman, 2026) was published without acknowledgement of the second author, Dr Steven Freeman. Dr Freeman contributed to the conception and design of the study, provided intellectual guidance throughout the research process, critically reviewed and revised the manuscript, and contributed to the interpretation and discussion of the findings. He was listed as a co-author in submitted and revised drafts, but his name was excluded from the published article due to an administrative oversight.
The error has been corrected in the original article.
