The European Court of Justice case of Breyer
Abstract
This case note analyses the impact and significance of the European Court of Justice decision of Breyer. The European Court of Justice has expanded the definition of personal data to include dynamic IP addresses. The judgment improves the privacy situation of internet users across the European Union.
