The implementation of chat help in welfare organizations in Flanders challenges the University College Arteveldehogeschool in five ways: collaborative research and method development useful for the field; the implementation of chat help in the bachelor degree in social work; training for social workers; process management to implement chat help and further research. The interaction between welfare organizations and the University College is an extra value for clients, chat repliers, organizations, University College, lecturers and students.
