[i] Besides these feature length films, numerous DEFA produced short films (predominately animations and children’s films) and DDR Fernsehen produced TV-films and mini-series were screened on Swedish television. Three East German documentaries with vague Swedish titles – Det råder mörker (“Darkness prevails,” 1976), Ung i Östtyskland (“Young in East Germany,” 1978) and En bergsby i Vietnam (“A mountain village in Vietnam,” 1979) – lack metadata and have yet to be identified.
