Abstract

Since its launch in 2009, the Journal Usage Statistics Portal (JUSP) has played an increasingly-valued role within UK Higher Education. By bringing together journal usage data for more than 70 publishers into a single place, JUSP creates huge economies in terms of staff time and costs across the sector. In this article, JUSP team member Paul Meehan describes a typical day working within the team.
