Abstract

Three children with refractory leukemia treated by bone marrow transplantation at the Children’s National Medical Center, Washington, DC, developed encephalopathy, leukoencephalopathy, and parkinsonism after receiving high-dose amphotericin B for pulmonary aspergillosis.
