Abstract

The diagnostic criteria, associated problems, genetics, pathogenesis, clinical evaluation and treatment of neurofibromatosis type I in childhood are reviewed from the Department of Pediatrics, Northwestern University Medical School and Children's Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Illinois.
