Abstract
Researchers at Kaiser Permanente of Southern California studied a possible relation between childhood obesity and pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis (MS) or its potential precursor, clinically isolated syndrome (CIS), which encompasses optic neuritis (ON) and transverse myelitis (TM).
