Abstract
Researchers at the Department of Emergency Medicine, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and other centers in the US, compared the efficacy of intramuscular (IM) midazolam with that of intravenous (IV) lorazepam for children and adults in status epilepticus treated by paramedics.
