Hypothalamic Hamartoma and Generalized Epilepsy
Abstract
The evolution of symptomatic generalized epilepsy was studied in 12 of 20 children with hypothalamic hamartoma who were treated surgically by transcallosal microsurgical resection at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Parkville, Australia.
