Abstract

The initial effects, adverse effects, and long-term outcome in 138 patients with West syndrome (WS) treated with low-dose synthetic ACTH were analyzed in a multi-institutional retrospective study reported from the Department of Pediatrics, Shiga Medical Center, Moriyama, Japan.
