Abstract

This reflective poem explores the often-overlooked spiritual dimension of clinical care. Through fragmented thoughts and emotional tension, it questions how healthcare providers respond when patients bring faith, guilt, or existential longing into the exam room. It critiques the limitations of conventional documentation practices like SOAP and calls for a more compassionate, holistic approach that includes presence, listening, and spiritual sensitivity.
