Special variation of the right hepatic artery. Special variation of the CA. This case had double CAs with different relations to CBD and CHD. First CA (CA-1) arose from RHA passing posterior to CBD and CHD, while another CA (CA-2) arose from GDA passing anterior to CBD and CHD.
