Synthesis and Characterization of Amylase-Modified Gold Nanoparticles

Abstract
Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have garnered significant attention in nanobiotechnology due to their unique optical properties, biocompatibility, and ease of surface modification. In this study, we report the synthesis of citrate-stabilized gold nanoparticles modified with surface amylase and the effects of immobilization on amylase’s activity.
