Research Commentary: Workplace Bullying and Harassment: Examining the Key Issues and Call for Action

This research commentary provides a comprehensive examination of workplace bullying and harassment, with a particular focus on recent patterns, risk factors, health outcomes, and legislative responses.  The commentary incorporates research findings to argue that there are significant harms related to workplace harassment and there is a need for increased research and legislative responses to better understand and respond to this problem both in the United States and internationally.
